Eight disciplines across artificial intelligence, digital assets and quant. Within each we recruit technical, commercial, operational and leadership roles. Briefs outside those areas we decline, politely and quickly.
The brief comes before the search.
We agree the responsibilities, the experience and strengths that genuinely matter, the package and the interview process in writing. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before a search begins, and remain subject to that written agreement.
Relevant introductions.
Each introduction is a written case: relevant experience and achievements, confirmed interest in the role, salary expectations and notice period, and the open questions your interviewers should put. Assessment stays with your team.
Confidential by default.
Candidate names reach a client only with written consent. Client searches stay unnamed in the market until you want them named.
