Complete a written brief
Your experience, responsibilities, achievements and target roles. An existing CV and a LinkedIn URL are optional, and you can attach up to two target role descriptions.
Read the first draft
A first draft within five working days of both complete information and the agreed start date. We confirm the actual start date with you in writing.
Fact check, revision and final files
You check dates, titles and claims, then send one set of revision points. Final CVs come as an editable Word document and PDF; LinkedIn orders include copy and a short implementation guide.

Plainly stated.
- Recruitment is free. Registering with us, being considered for a role and being introduced to a company cost nothing, and buying this service makes no difference to any of them.
- We write copy for you to use. For LinkedIn we deliver the wording and a short guide, you paste it into your own profile. We never ask for your password and we do not access or edit your profile.
- AI may help with drafting. A person reads and checks every final version before it reaches you.
- One English-language career direction per order. Long-form academic or executive requirements are agreed separately before any payment.
- We do not promise interviews, offers, a job, a salary, or a ranking in any employer's system.
