This is one of our current and upcoming searches, not a single advertised vacancy. We're speaking with machine learning infrastructure engineers for permanent roles at AI labs, foundation-model companies and applied-AI teams.
The work is usually about making training and evaluation runs faster and more reliable, building the shared tools research and engineering teams depend on, and owning performance across the training or serving stack.
We're looking for strong software engineers with experience in distributed or high-performance systems, and ideally some time spent on ML infrastructure, research tooling or production model platforms. PyTorch or JAX experience helps. Each company's stack is different and we'll go through it with you.
Most roles are hybrid in London, with a few US positions. Pay, office pattern and visa sponsorship vary by company, and we confirm them before any introduction. We only share your details with a company once you've agreed to that company and that role.
